My order includes a preorder
The estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. An order containing a preorder may be held until the item is available. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Contact the KROMYTH team
My tracking does not show any updates yet
A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans your parcel for the first time. Check again after the carrier has received it. If there are still no updates after a few days, contact us with your order and tracking numbers. Contact the KROMYTH team
My tracking shows a delivery issue
Please check the carrier’s instructions on the tracking page. If your address is marked as incomplete or incorrect, contact us with your order number and full address so we can check the shipment. Contact the KROMYTH team
